If you are having a similar problem, here are some things you can try:<BR/><BR/>1) Enter the terminal, call "sudo chmod 777" on the file in question.<BR/>2) Enter the terminal, call "sudo chown MYUSERNAME:MYUSERNAME" on the file, where MYUSERNAME is your username.<BR/>3) Delete .ICUauthority<BR/>4) Delete any temporary residual files that match the pattern .ICUauthority*.
